- UK Delivery
- Stock permitting, goods will be delivered by Royal Mail or Parcelforce within 14 days of our receiving your order. Postage and packing to UK addresses is £3.50 for all goods, or £5 if you are choosing a personalised product in addition to other goods which will be despatched under separate cover.
- Overseas Delivery
- Postage and packing to overseas addresses will be charged at £7.00 and delivery times will vary according to destination. Please call 0871 271 2121 for more information.
- Our Guarantee
- We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases. However, if you wish to exchange or return an item, you must send it back in original condition within 14 days. This does not affect your statutory rights. We regret that we cannot refund postage and packing or overprinting costs, unless there is an error on our part.
- Personalisation
- We will email you a pdf proof of your details with instructions of how to approve or make amendments. Please allow a further 10 working days for receipt of personalised products from approval.
